About these terms
These terms apply to the TDH3 Systems public website and fictional browser-based demonstration operated by TDH3 Systems Ltd (company number 17419887), registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1N 3AX. Paid TDH3 subscriptions are governed by the TDH3 Systems service terms together with any applicable written order form or agreement.
Demo status
The public demo illustrates product design and workflow concepts using fictional demonstration data. It is not a production customer workspace and must not be used for real lifting or transport decisions, safety-critical calculations, compliance approvals, invoicing, customer records or live operational control.
No professional or safety advice
TDH3 does not replace competent persons, appointed persons, operators, transport managers, engineers, accountants, legal advisers or other qualified professionals. Regulated and safety-critical decisions remain the responsibility of the competent organisation and people carrying out the work.
Availability and subscriptions
Website and demo content may change. Functions available to a customer depend on the agreed plan, onboarding scope, configuration and connected providers. A demonstration is not a promise that every optional function will be included in every subscription.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
The TDH3 Systems name, website, software design, documentation and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may evaluate the public demo for genuine business purposes, but must not misuse, disrupt, scrape or republish it as a competing service except where a legal right cannot be excluded.
Third-party services
The application may connect to third-party hosting, communications, mapping, telematics, payment or other services. Optional integrations remain subject to their availability, configuration and separate terms.
